Mary Brown,  BS, BA
LCDC II, CEAP, SAP

Mary Brown has worked in the Chemical Dependency field for 20 years and has been with Evergreen Counseling Associates since 2003.  She is a Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC II), a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP) and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP).   Mary Brown enjoys working collaboratively with clients, employers and other substance abuse professionals and providers to help people in need.

John Carroll, MS, MRC

John Carroll has worked in Chemical Dependency and Employee Assistance Counseling fields for over 30 years and at  Evergreen Counseling Associates for over 20 years.   John Carroll has taught chemical dependency classes at Sinclair Community College and has previously served as president of the Ohio Association for Alcohol and Abuse Counselors.

Carroll Jackson, MSW
LISW-CS


Carroll Jackson has had over 23 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, structured outpatient programs, crisis intervention and private practice.  She has also been an educator in psychology courses at the University of Dayton.  She has provided clinical and administrative supervision to social work students, interns and professionals and has had a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups during her professional career.
