John Carroll, MS, MRC
LICDC-CS, LSW, CEAP, SAP John Carroll has worked in Chemical Dependency and Employee Assistance Counseling fields for over 30 years and at Evergreen Counseling Associates for over 20 years. John Carroll has taught chemical dependency classes at Sinclair Community College and has previously served as president of the Ohio Association for Alcohol and Abuse Counselors. Carroll Jackson has had over 23 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings including outpatient specialty clinics, structured outpatient programs, crisis intervention and private practice. She has also been an educator in psychology courses at the University of Dayton. She has provided clinical and administrative supervision to social work students, interns and professionals and has had a broad range of clinical experience working with individuals and groups during her professional career.
