An interview conducted face-to-face or through tele-counseling. Use of screening tools such as AUDIT and CUDIT-R are included. The purpose of the assessment is to determine if further services are recommended. The number of sessions recommended varies according to each client's needs. By appointment. (1hr.) Fee: $110 |
Alcohol & Drug EducationPlease note: at this time, Education groups are conducted through tele-counseling ONLY
A series of four Education group sessions, each lasting 90 minutes. The four topics covered in the sessions include: the disease of addiction, how alcohol & drugs have affected one's life, the differences are between substance use, abuse and addiction and how to identify and deal with the problem if one exists. Group sessions are held: Evening Group: Wednesdays, 6:00-7:30 pm Morning Group: Thursdays, 10:00-11:30 am Fee: $45/session; 4 in series There are 4 separate Education groups in the series, set up to be completed in 4 consecutive weeks Ex.- 4 Wednesday evenings in a row, or 4 Thursday mornings in a row ** Can be completed more quickly with both Wed/Thurs attendance for 2 consecutive weeks Note: These sessions are also available in private Individual sessions at $75/ea, 50 min long. |
Individual Counseling *Available in-office or through tele-counseling.
Tailored to each client's needs. We focus on specific issues impacted by a person's substance use and abuse. These one-on-one sessions are often combined with the Education group sessions. The number of Individual sessions is determined by the extent of the substance abuse or dependence problem. Fee: $75/each, 50 min session $40/each, 30 min session |
Specialty Assessment*Available in-office or through tele-counseling.
Includes SAP Assessments & Follow-Ups for DOT-positive drug tests as well as out-of-state OVI offenses. By Appointment. Fee: $450 |
Alcohol & Drug Aftercare*Available in-office or through tele-counseling.
Group and individual sessions are held weekly after clients have completed a formal substance abuse/addiction program, with Evergreen or with another provider. Also available for those who have established sobriety and would like continuing support. Groups are held: Wednesdays, 5:00-5:30pm Thursdays, 12:00-12:30pm Also available by appointment. Fee: $40/each, 30 min session |
